To solve these problems, the R&D team has made unremitting efforts and launched a new type of high-precision aluminum extrusion mold. This mold boldly innovates in the design of the mold core, with a first center spare hole set near the first rib cavity and a second center spare hole set near the second rib cavity. At the same time, the welding chamber depth is accurately adjusted to 2-2.5cm. Through these optimizations, the flow friction of aluminum extrusion metal is significantly reduced, the pressure of aluminum extrusion mold is significantly reduced, and the surface temperature of aluminum extrusion mold is effectively controlled.
Actual production data shows that after using the new mold, the extrusion production speed has been significantly improved, and the production efficiency has made a qualitative leap compared to the past.
